Garland Stone aims to produce horror genre projects which draw
upon the wealth of British history and mythology, with the evocative
landscapes of the British Isles as their background.
Garland Stone has completed its first feature film, shot in South
Wales. High Stakes is a vampire film made in collaboration with
Danny Chang Music and Media. High Stakes is produced and codirected
by Dewi Griffiths, with Danny Chang as Executive Producer.
Garland Stone is
involved in advanced development on a number of feature film and
television drama productions with co-producers in Britain and North
America.
Garland Stone's in
house team is led by Dewi Griffiths, who has over twenty years
experience to producer level worldwide on high end feature films and
television dramas, with particular expertise in effects driven genre
productions at high and low budget levels. He is supported by Artie
Thomas as head of production whose film and television credits stretch
back into the early 1970s, along with new young media business
management, Garland Stone are also linked to leading legal and
financial institutions from the City of London.
Projects are generated in house by Dewi Griffiths and a team of genre
savvy writers and researchers, dedicated to producing
Garland Stone has a
slate of film and TV productions in advanced development, many with
funding attached, and in co-operation with other production companies
in Wales, the UK and across the world.
